Phil Sorrell, Creator of Social Hiking
I spent a great day with Phil Sorrell on Saturday, osetensibly to record a podcast interview about Social Hiking. However, we talked for a couple of hours about developments in social media services. It is safe to say that Phil has a lot of very interesting insights that will reflect a lot on our discussions here over the last week or so.
The podcast files are on their way to Bob now for final production. I hope to reflect on some of our discussion here over the next few days.

Phil was kind enough to give me some sneak previews of some new features of Social Hiking that he hopes to roll out over the next few months. These certainly impressed me. I suspect this is a service that will see some significant growth over the next year.
